New Patients

During the initial examination our treatment coordinator will greet you and they will review your chief concerns regarding your teeth and/or smile. Dr. Washington will conduct a thorough examination of your face, mouth, teeth, and jaws to determine whether you can benefit from orthodontic treatment.

The treatment coordinator will review all financial information including insurance and discuss our many different affordable payment plans with you. Our office accepts Care Credit, Flex Spending accounts, and offers no interest monthly payment plans.

We also offer discounts for patients that would like to pay in full and patients that have Chip or Medicaid. In order to get the most out of your first visit, please provide the following information at the time of your consultation:

• • Any X-rays that your dentist has taken. A digital x-ray can be emailed or faxed to our office.
  • If you have dental insurance, bring your current insurance card. If you don’t have a card, we will need the subscriber number, group number, and phone number. This will save time and allow us to help you in the processing of your claim.
  • It is recommended that anyone who will be involved in the Orthodontic Treatment, including financial parties, be present at this initial visit, so that any questions may be answered to help you make a great decision.
